In order to make your registration process smooth, please read the important information below.
Once you login, you will see there are 3 different areas you can enter and a Log Out link. We recommend you log out when you are finished with each session you begin.
Modify Contact Information
We recommend you modify your contact information before adding and modifying your students. Your School, MENC, and Director information is all needed for this area. This is the information Northeastern District will use to contact you.
Add/Modify Students
This is where you will enter all the information about each student interested in auditioning. There are further instructions on this page. PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS before proceeding to enter all your students.
IMPORTANT FOR SENIOR FESTIVAL REGISTRATIONS!!!!!
The Senior Festival registration deadline to enter all your students is October 22nd, 2008. Each student during regular registration is $10.00. Late registration will begin October 23rd and will end November 3rd, 2008. Each student during late registration will cost $30.00. This price will be reflected on the principal form.
After the regular registration ends October 22nd, you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DELETE AND CHANGE INFORMATION ON THESE STUDENTS!!! You will only be able to add, delete and modify late registration students. ALL STUDENTS will be listed on the principal form however.
Senior Principal Form
This page is always available for you to view all your students and print out. Once you are COMPLETELY FINISHED entering all your students, you can log in and select Principal Form. This form will list all your students and tally the amount of money you need to bring to the auditions on November 22nd, 2008. The music director and the principal of your school must sign this form.

Late registration will begin December 16th and will end January 5th, 2009. Each student during late registration will cost $30.00. This price will be reflected on the principal form.
Junior Principal Form
This page is always available for you to view all your students and print out. Once you are COMPLETELY FINISHED entering all your students, you can log in and select Principal Form. This form will list all your students and tally the amount of money you need to bring to the auditions on January 31st, 2009. The music director and the principal of your school must sign this form.
